7 <p>Here are some keyboard shortcuts available when a <strong>hardware
8 keyboard</strong> is present. If you&#x27;re using a phone where the main input
9 type is a <strong>virtual keyboard</strong>, please see the VirtualKeyboard help topic.

11 <p><strong>Note:</strong> the side that <strong>shift</strong>, <strong>alt</strong>,
12 <strong>slash</strong>, and <strong>tab</strong> uses can be changed in
13 preferences between left, right, and disabled.</p>
14 <p><strong>Note:</strong> to use advanced Sony Ericsson Xperia (mini) pro key mappings you
15 have to activate the appropriate option in application settings.</p>

19 <strong>control</strong> for the next character typed. The cursor will
20 indicate this state with a &lt; symbol. Note that pressing the
