This project as a whole was incorrectly claimed to be licensed under
Apache 2.0. Major parts of this project are licensed under "GPL v2 or
later", which is incompatible with the Apache 2.0 license. However,
GPL v3 is compatible with both of those.

Therefore, I claim this project as a whole is now licensed under
"GPL v3 or later".
